Congratulations, I believe it!!

One of the important things for EB1 is to demonstrate you are nationally or internaionally recognized as an expert in your area. I think those emails from other lab, requesting collaborating, and emails form other professor requesting technical support, played a critical role in the final decision of your case. They are stronger evidence compared with citation.
