In my case, I listed my achievement criteria by criteria. Each one I emphysis it, using what the recommendation said. I emphysis each point again and again.
For instant, Referring my peer-reviewer, I did not just talk about my qualification. Instead, I bring out lots of what the reference letter said, like how important it is as a reviewer...
For the emails i got, i aslo use the word from the letters to said how highly reputated i am.
So, My suggestion:
Points:
International reputation!!!How to draw a pic of urself?
emails(request ur friends),invitations(ask the meeting send u email), peer-reviewer( harder, but if ur boss is a reviewer, then ask him to help you...)
Critical person in ur dept!!!
letter from chair(importnt), recommendation letter

one more thing, still, International reputation!!! Just put everything together, then take a look, if this guy in ur petition is highly reputed or not? if not, then find more materials, any kind of material will be ok.
