Had any I-485 cases sumbitted after 10/05 got approval?

i didn't hear any cases ted after oct/05 had been approved!. these cases were all labor based with early pd.
i knew a lot of people from non-retrogression countries were approved this year within 2-6 months this year.
is it possible uscis internationally to hold these chinese cases? otherwise, we should hear some lucky guy get i-485 approval within 3 months.
we had already suffered by the retrogression (wait several months to i-485). will we have suffered a slow process also?
it is really unfair!
