Could you be more specific? XiaoBaiTu, Radiology, others can hel

I am EB2 too, PERM submited Aug 2005, approved in about 4 month. I140 submited Dec 2005, approved in June 2006. Still waiting for I485 to be submited.

The problem is I am not sure whether my current company will do well in the next year or two. I always hear that you can transfer after 485 pending, but not I140. If I transfer after 485 submit, but before 180 days of 485 submission, what's gonna happen?

Any website I can find the answer? Appreciated.
