請教，I140 批準後換工作？

PERM was approved this March and I140 was approve this April. 眼見排擋遙遙無期，心生異念。。。。
有一種說法是I140批準後6個月換工作，可以keep原來的PD？ 請各位大蝦賜教！ 在此先行謝過！
