我個人覺得,BEC的案子其實已經沒什麽可以考慮的人

很多人早就在PERM出來後,有CONVERT或幹脆重新FILE一個PERM 的LABOR,沒人會傻等著眼看PERM這麽快,不去FILE的.

我周圍的朋友全是這樣的.
