fingerprint help--anyone way out?

guys,

I had twice fingerprint last nov and dec. Both was rejected by FBI. Now i got third fingerprint notice next week, i still don't think i will have clear finger print. If i cannot have the fingerprint, do you think there is other way to finish the process or i am a deadmeat?
