Finger prints are to compare with the criminal record in FBI dat

If you don't have criminal record which influence your immigration, no matter how long FBI check takes, you will be clear finally. They will give you a final notice if you have problem, you still can go to court. Nothing is DEAD in US.

Did FBI give you explaination of the previous twice finger prints?
