此之前的工資不一定是要符合這個標準。
之所以要pay stub,是為了證明你現在還在為這個雇主工作，否則如果是H1B，你的job一旦失去，連合法身份都沒有了，在美國已經是非法居留，哪裏還有資格調整身份呢？(美國公民配偶另說)
