your salary is not that high any more?

I am a PERM based EB2 too. Now waiting for Visa number to submit 485. My current salary fits PERM standard. However, I work for a start-up, and after I submit my 485 for more than 180 days, the company status is not clear. I may have to change a job if the current company fails.

Based on what you said, that means my next job has to offer equal or higher than my current salary, am I right?
