To response RFE, I asked the HR head wrote a letter for me. He told me he had already wroten a lot of such letters to CIS. He just pull out a old copy and signed his name on the paper. I cannot exactly remember what he wrote, it roughly is:
Dear Mr. Smith (officer's name):
I am writing to confirm that Dr.Maonaogougou is currently employed as a XXXX(position) at YYYYYYYY, which is a permanent appointment based on the ruler, policy and precedure of YYYYYYY. .....
That's all.
