PD: May, 2004
I-140:
Sent-off: May, 2004
RFE: May, 2005 (Asking for evidence of permanent position)
RFE Replied: August, 2005
Approved: Sept, 2005
I-485:
Sent-off: May, 2004, concurrent
1st FP: July, 2004
RFE: Sept 2005, It is exactly the same as I-140 REF, asking for evidence of permanent position
Then Oct, 2005. No Visa number, pending...............................
2nd FP: Dec, 2005
LUD: Dec, 2005
Approved: July, 2006
I got 4 e-mail at the same day:

Some suggestions to new people who plan to apply for green card:
Do not use Eb1b-OR/OP. If you can apply green card in Eb-1B, you should be OK to apply for green card in Eb-1A. Try your best to use Eb-1A-EA. My employer took 2 years to submit my application. I also got RFEs from USCIS for permanent position, for both I-140 and 485. NSC officers are really experts in issuing such RFEs. Almost everybody that I know in Eb-1b category got at least one RFE letter, for both I-140 and I-485.
I was wondering if gctrail can help me input these message into his/her website. Thank you.
