我覺得EB1的人,NC更有可能,因為NC是為了國家安全考慮,當然水平越高的人,越有可能給美國帶來安全方麵的顧慮.你去看看簽證的CHECK就知道了,學位越高,越容易被CHECK.本科什麽的,根本不會CHECK.

說EB1先通過NC,不認為有什麽確實的依據.我的ROOMATE,EB1 NC2.5年,生物博士後,還在等.
