You might be right. I know there are still many EB1s waiting. However, compared to NIWs (let alone EB3s), EB1s are much less, but being processed much faster (according to the posters on this forum). The purpose of retrogression was supposed to be first-come-first-serve. I congratuate those guys whose case got approved. But I am just feeling confused. That's it.
