our case is quite messy

the first FP was in 11/04 for both of us
the second biometrics was in 05/05 for both of us
then in 03/06, my hu*****and got his second FP notice. I haven't got anything yet :(
and I was told my background check wasn't clear when i checked it two weeks ago
