大俠們幫忙看看，移民局到底要什麽樣的BIRTH CERIFICATE

給我媽（她人在美國）辦綠卡，寄了130和485表，同時附了我的出生公證的複印件（93年辦的，我辦綠卡，公民都用的它。）

最近收到移民局要求補充材料的信 FORM I－797 Request for Evidence

Submit the below requested documents, do not submit updated or duplicate Notarial Certificates:

BIRTH CERTIFICATE:
You have not submitted sufficient evidence of XX’s birth. All notarial certificates of birth must be accompanied by 1) the booklet (photocopy) issued by the province’s health department reflecting the child’s name, gender, date of birth, and parent’s names; and 2) the Household or Village Registry (photocopy) reflecting the addition of the newborn child.

IMPORTANT:
If the documentation requested above is not available, you MUST obtain a certificate of non-existence of record from the stated civil authority that indicates that the document is not available. Along with the certificate of non-existence of record, you must submit corroborative, objective, and independent secondary evidence of the event in question. Additionally, all secondary evidence must be contemporaneous with the event in question. Therefore, evidence that originates from the time of the event will be deemed more persuasive than later evidence, or evidence that was created as the result of this Request for Evidence. Last, you must submit copies of the same documentation you presented to the notary which resulted in the issuance of the notarial certificate.

我的問題是：按照這信上的要求，1.我給他們寄去戶口的複印件，是否可以了？還要翻譯件嗎？
2.另外，我的戶口本是在我10幾歲以後的，剛出生時的戶口本沒辦法找了，不知是否可以。
3.是否一定要拿出出生證？沒有的話,還要在國內做“證件不存在”公證？
