I submit my 出生公證. Haven't got RFE yet. But according to my lawyer assistant,in case I get a RFE, I should prepare 戶口的複印件，alonge with 翻譯件. You can translate it and ask a friend (not related to you) to sign for the translation.
So,
1. yes
2.should be OK
3.Not necessary according to my laywer assistant
