I got my LC in Nov. 2005 and I-140 Jan. 2006 through EB2 by a lawyer. My PD will be July 1, 2006. I don't feel comfortable with my lawyer because each time I ask her a question, she would be upset because her tones sound very rude in her emails. After my LC approved, I asked her to do the rest myself. She didn't give me my LC. I only got a copy from her. So I had to use her for I-140. I was asked to pay the legal fee with my form for the first two time. While this time, she asked me to pay her first before she will tell me what to do. I don't know why but feel very bad. I am wondering if there is a way that I can pass her to do it myself. Is it true that my employer also has I-140 approval? What shall I do? Thanks in advance
Can I file I-485 by myself?

• 485 case is different from 140 case. You submit I485 to -n3v4- ♀ (154 bytes) () 06/28/2006 postreply 14:16:13
