I agree.

A lot of people had "arrestted" experience.It doesn't mean they are bad people.Sometime policemen has to do there job.Case dimissed usually means "you are clean".Othewise why has to be dismissed.After case dismissed ,you don't need to talk about it to anybody,you don't need to write it on any paper.Even FBI find out,they should know everything,they understand what is a dismissed case.It has nothing to do about CHEAT.
