wenxin, I see you are on-line, urgent help needed!

I asked you earlier a question about how you called in the 1-800 USCIS service number but did not hear back from you. Could you help here?

I tried to call the 1-800 number since Monday, but every time after I input the WAC receipt number, I was told there was a temporary error, case could not be accessed. Have you had any problem when calling the CIS today? How did you bypass it? Did you input your WAC number? Please advise.Thank you so much!!
