What I understand is you mean that I can still use the AP within the three months if they require the RFE; and I have to apply H1 visa for coming back if my 140 is denied. Is that correct?
If so, how is the risk to apply my H1 visa (my current one will expire in six months) and my dependent's H4 visa?
Any comment will be greatly appreciated!
