AP是跟485的。而485又是based on 140 approval.

如140被據那485也會被據，AP就無效了。但你的H1還是有效(隻要不換雇主)，你可以繼續延H1。如140要求補材料，一般會給3個月時間準備材料。建議你回去探親的時間不要太長。
