Do I need to send a new employment letter?

Hi there,

I filed I-140 and I485 concurrently before 10-01-2005. Currently, I-485 is pending. I changed my job to another state (NOT the same center!) almost at the same time when I-140 was approved (ONLY one month after handed in all the petitions.).

My question is,

Do I need to send a new employment letter to the center which I filed I-485?
