Thank you so much for your kind reply. I really appreciate it. I have 3 years of experience with my previous employer in US and also 9 years with my previous experience in China. Do you think I should also ask my previous employers in China for the recommendation letters? Is that helpful for my petition? Thanks a lot. Look forward to hearing from you.
