letters from your prior employers in China if it's not too difficult to obtain them. Please note that the recommendation letters do not have to come from your prior direct supervisors. Letters from your prior colleagues other than your direct boss will also work.

The letter does not have to be in company letterhead. I think you should try to get one letter in the company letter at least.
