我們的ＰＤ是７月５日（ＥＢ１Ｂ），是今年１月批的。我老公的Ｈ１今年９月份過
期，我們原想在他的Ｈ１過期前拿到ＧＣ，這樣就不需申請Ｈ１延期，但現在又拿
不準。我想知道的是假如老公延他的Ｈ１，我們需要延Ｈ４嗎？假如我們不延Ｈ４，
在Ｈ４過期後，如仍然留在這裏我們的身份合法嗎？謝謝回複！
