H1B回國簽證問題

我持H1B（到2007年到期），同時，我已經提交140表近1年。
請問，我近期想回國探親，需要在上海重新簽證，我在簽證申請表“是否曾申請移民”中應該填“是”還是“否”？
還有，是不是會影響到簽證成敗（萬一回不來就慘了）？
