I have prepared 4 independent letters for the RFE. One of them is from a member of National Academy member. I asked my lawyer to use a short paragraph to introduce their background individually at the
first part of the petition letter to show the IO how famous they are how significantly important their researches in the field. I think, by this way, the IO will have to believe their evaluations of my work are convincible.
However, my lawyer thought "If we emphasize, as you requested, the background of each independent researcher by highlighting their backgrounds, there is a substantial chance that the CIS officer will compare your accomplishments to these experts who have many years of experience over you--instead of comparing to you the standards established under the law. This raises the adjudication standard and may very well result in your case being denied.
Any suggestions? I don't think the IO will compare my work to theirs.
