3 professors
1 industrial engineer
1 funding agent official (asked me to review proposal before)
1 national lab middle level manager

1 my ph.d advisor (not independent)
1 my current boss (not independent)

Submitted three weeks ago to VSC. Still waiting... :( and a dream job is waiting for me right there (need me to use my EAD though).

Sigh...
