請教xiaobaitu

I plan to have a trip to China. I have 2 options for re-entry: use AP or H1B visa stamp (I am already at 7th year H1B extension).

My question:
1. Will H1B Visa stamp for 7th year any different than regualr H1B stamp? Any chance to get a security check for Computer engineer? If do get security check, will they take my passport? Can I use AP to get back if unlucky?

2. If I do use AP, and work for the same company upon return, can I still keep my H1B? Can I again do a H1B extension later -- will be 8th year extenxion this time -- sign -((( ... ...
