I had already read this article before I made this post. I don't think it answered the logic of "protecting American workers through the LC process". It just pointed out the result --- "You must establish that you will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than an available U.S. worker having the same qualifications".
Essentially, how to get that result? How are the American workers protected with the LC process?
