移民局有什麽"錯誤"?移民局的收發室不可能把所有

不合格的案子都REJECT掉. 而且移民局REJECT PD 不到的案子隻是近幾年的事,以前大部分都不管,到時候DENY.有人鑽空子拿EAD,AP. 為此移民局還發過通知.
