My NIW and EB1-a both got approved. My NIW PD is May 2004, My EB1-a PD is Oct 2005. If I can retai my ealier PD for EB1-a, then my retained PD for EB1 becomes current based on May2006 Visa Bulletin.

My 485 is pending after FP (Code 3) and stuck in name check. Please give your valuable opinions on what I can do right now in order to urge USCIS to speed up my application. Thanks in advance!!!
