XiaoBaiTu, please help me with my questions

I am currently on H1B1 visa. My daughter is on H4 visa dependent on
my visa. My hu*****and has applied green card for him, my daughter and
me. Our I-140s have been approved, and our I-485s pending.

My mother is sick, and I want to go home immediately. I have
applied for Advance Parole for my daughter and me. I've been waiting
for 7 weeks and no answer yet. And my mom is getting more sick
recently. I really want to go home.

My questions are:
1. Should I use Advance Parole to come back to America?
2. Should I apply for H1B1 visa to come back to America?
3. If I leave America under any of the above situations, how will my I-485 being affected?
4. If I leave my daughter in America, and go home by myself, how will
she be affected? Since she is on H4 visa dependent on my H1B1 visa,
should I change her to my hu*****and's H4 before I leave America?
