Better ask your lawyer. Getting H1B again in China can get quite a long time if they want to do security check on you. If your employer stop sponsor you since you can not come back to work, you will be stuck in China until your 485 is approved. The answer is quite in-responsible. If you really want to re-apply H1B, make sure you talk with your employer and your lawyer to get every document you need to apply H1B. Make sure your employer understand it may takes a long time for you to come back.
