請教 Mytwocents and Xiaobaitu or 有經驗者有關加拿大簽證

想去多倫多簽證回國, 請教幾個個問題:

1. 如果在美時身份簡單(F1然後H1), 簽H1B被拒的可能性多大? 被check的概率呢?
2. 如果被拒或被check, 我還能憑I94從加拿大回到美國嗎? 還是I94在簽證時已被收走?
3. 如果被拒, 現有的H1身份還有效嗎?
