I filed my I-140 NIW by myself last month. However, the company lawyer submitted another NIW and Outstanding Research for me recently, while I asked him not to file the NIW for me so many times. Maybe he just wants to make more money from the company. Is that illegal to keep two current pending NIW filings? Or I have to ask him to withdraw the NIW he submitted for me?
It is so luck to get your great suggestions. Thanks a lot now, and wish you all the best!
