今天公司終於收到了老公的denial notice .原因和我們想的一樣,是LCA的問題.
我們的律師說APPEAL沒用,要花很長時間而且最終還是會被DENIED.他已經找了我們當地的CONGRESSMAN去要求移民局REOPEN.這是家做了二十多年移民的律師事務所,似乎和很多CONGRESSMAN有著密切聯係.另外老公公司老板是他們行業協會的副主席,表示也願意幫助給CONGRESSMAN打電話.可不知道勝算把握有多大. 想請教你有沒有這方麵的了解?

另外最壞的情況:我們需要重新申請H1.怎樣才可以不必等一年以後呢?
