這是你首先想到解決的。
如果你能保存你第一次H1的所有材料，應該會容易一些。
還有一定要到DOL的網站上填寫9035LCA表，一般填完後，1，2 分鍾就出CERTIFIED的結果，必須有這份臨時勞工卡表才能遞交H1申請，並有老板簽名，否則拒掉。
我的H1延期今天剛批準，是我自己做的。但前提是我有第一次律師留下的所有複印件，老板同意簽字。（如果你昨天問，我還不敢說這些話呢）。
