The DOL website says the charge of anti-fraud fee $500 was effective on March 8, 2005. We did not pay this fee for the first H1 three years ago.

My understanding from your reply is we don't need to pay this fee even thought we did not pay for the first H1, right? This $ 500 only applies for those who apply their first H1 after March 8, 2005. Thank you for your reply.
