回複：485 denied then 140 approved, need help from Xiaobaitu

I think, your EB1 I140 has been denied, which caused the denial of linked I485. And the 485 case can not be reopened, if you don't file a MTR or appeal for EB1 140 case and get its approval. So most likely you have to file a new 485 based on NIW 140 approval when your PD is current.
