Thanks so much to mytwocents and peachstate. Thank for your suggestions and inputs. Now I am kind of clear for I have been worrying about it for a long time.I don't want to bother the university to get a statement to address the graduation problem and it might cause other problems and I hope I can file it using my bachelor. My job position requires a bachelor as minimum. My working field and my major are both related to chemistry. Will this work?
I have another question though, usually how long will it take to get H-1B approved after it is filed?
Many thanks to people with warm hearts and with big helps!
