The reason I did not fight back with HR people is that I still have hope that I can be considered after visa issue is resolved. Yes I got nothing to lose if I dont want to consider this employer any more, but the reality is even you are right, if HR says you are wrong then you are wrong. The goal is to get the job I want not to get the verdict of who is right according to law.

That is the lesson I have learned from this episode
