Do I need to talk to the hiring manager again, just to say keep in touch type of things?
It felt wierd that we just stopped communication altogether. From Recruiter's point of view he thinks the hiring manager does not want to say no directly to me because he is not sure yet whether he will find someone else satisfied, or more opportunity opens up when my visa issue is not an issue anymore. So my question is to keep it as it is now, with mutual understanding of willing to hire/work for each other, or get a definite closure before we both move on? It is so hard to guess other's mind and I have to second-guess whether recruiter is doing some trick, by placing more candidate to the hiring manager.
Please commment. It is such a painful reality.
