Xiao Baitu, mytwocents, or other experts: Question about applyin

Hello,

I have been working in the same lab for four years as a PhD graduate student. Now I am starting my first year as a posdoc in the same lab. Am I eligible to apply for GC through EB1, or I have to wait for another 3 years as posdoc in this lab?
