1. You can do EB1-EA or NIW if you have enough publication and OK reference.
2. You also can do EB1-OR. However it needs permanent job offer, you need to talk with your boss to get a permanent job offer if you want to do that. Post doc is usually not (if your HR says yes, it is), research associate is.
