To Xiaobaitu & other DAXIA: About the fingerprint

Dear Xiaobaitu and all other DAXIA:

I did my code 1 fingerprint in Nov. 2004 and did my code 2 Biometrics in June 2005, respectively.

But, today I received another appointment letter for Biometrics capture, the code is 1, but in my knowledge, the Biometrics should be code 2, am I correct?

Why do I need another Biometrics? Also the headline of the letter is called "ASC Appointment Notice", what ASC refer to?
