Yes,you need to do it again, ASC mean application support center,the place where you took fingerprint
& photo before.
Usually there are two reasons if you are required to redo fingerprint : 指 紋 做 壞 了 ﹐ 或 是 移 民 局 認 為 不 能 在 從 打 指 紋 之 日 起 15 個 月 內 完 成 處 理 ﹐ 因 此 指 紋 會 過 期 。 我 們 以 前 的 一 個 client 隻 是 code 1 就 打 了 三 次 ﹐ 因 為 他 做 化 學 試 驗 太 多 ﹐ 手 上 指 紋 都 被 腐 蝕 了 ﹐ 電 腦 無 法 辨 認 ﹐ 最 後 隻 好 讓 他 自 己 宣 誓 證 明 以 前 沒 犯 罪 。
