Following is my second quesion in my original email:
"Another similar question is about the form I-485. When it asks "the address in the past five years", should I write down my mailing address in Canada, even though physically I have spent only several weeks last year?"
So should I write down "USA" to answer "address of last five years" since this years is going to be my fifth year studying in US? In your last email, you mentioned that I should write down "China" as "address of last five years". Which one is correct?
One more question is "if the immigration officer knows I hold a Canadian Maple card, am I considered to
be lying if I write down China as my last residence in section 4 of I-140 form?"
Many thanks in advance and happy new year!
Mytwocents, thanks a lot! A couple more questions
