In your reply, do you mean that, in my case, currently studying and living in US, I should consider myself's last permanent residence abroad to be China even though I do have a Canadian maple card? Does the "permanent residence abroad" refer to "physically presence" or "having a PR card"?
The question is, if I write down China as the last permanent residence abroad in the sec4 of I-140, am I considered to be lying if the immigration officer knows I have a Maple Card?
